Public holidays and weekends
Services on public holidays and weekends are dependent on availability. Public holiday requests are required four (4) weeks prior so that we can do our level to accommodate the request.

Payments
Full payments are made prior to the session/service. Payments can be made via credit card.

Fees

Puppy Program / Fee: $900 / Duration: 6 sessions
Dog training & behavioural consultation / Fee: $300 / Duration: 2 hours
Follow up options:
Single session – $150 (1hr)
5-session pack – $625 (1hr)
10-session pack – $1,000 (1hr)

Real-world socialisation development / Fee: $150 – $300 / Duration: 1-2 hours
Pack walks / Fee: $50 (per dog)
Boarding – $125 (per night)

Cancellations
In the event of cancellations an administration fee of 50% of the booking fee will be applied and the balance refunded. Refunds can only be reversed via the original payment option.

Medication
If your pet(s) require medication, ‘Nojo’ must be fully informed of and equipped to cater to their needs.

Client disclosure
‘Nojo’ requires its clients to disclose all information relating to their pet(s). Information regarding behaviour issues, health issues, concerning recent events must be disclosed prior to the consultation.

Vaccinations & treatments
All dogs must have current vaccinations. Proof of vaccination maybe required prior to the consultation.

Remedial training
All dogs must be older than 4 months of age, fully vaccinated and registered with the appropriate council.

Identification
Your dog must wear a collar with an ID tag. The ID tag must have your dogs name and contact phone number.

In the event of injury
In the unlikely event of injury to the clients pet during consultation ‘Nojo’ staff or the company will not be held accountable or responsible. ‘Nojo’ staff will ensure that the correct measures are taken to prevent any injury to the clients pet during any consultation service. This includes: a proper collar and leash. Access to fresh water. Access to shade in hot weather.

Insurance
It is the pet owner’s responsibility to ensure that adequate pet insurance is in place. ‘Nojo’ will not be held responsible for any accident, loss or injury to the animal.

‘Nojo’ does offer full comprehensive public liability insurance which covers any damage to property in the event of an accident.
